Or what additional things are going to be criminalised by an offence of 'glorification of terrorism' that aren't covered by existing legislation or the amended Terrorism Act if:

• Glorification of terrorism is not incitement to murder/violence (covered by existing law)?
• And if it's not the making of a statement describing terrorism in such a way that the listener should infer that he should emulate it?

Is this a lawyer's version of the joke about what to call a 7ft tall gorilla? Is glorification of terrorism whatever Mr Blair wants it to be?
